Terms and Conditions – derm17 Pakistan Gaming Platform

By accessing derm17, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the derm17 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering.

These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date you first create a derm17 account. If derm17 updates these terms, continued use of the platform after the effective date of the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. To create a derm17 account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, CNIC number and contact details. False information provided during registration may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
• You are only permitted to hold one derm17 account. If you already have an active account, you must not create a second one. Duplicate accounts identified by derm17 will be closed and any balances or bonuses on the duplicate account will be voided.
• You must not be subject to any voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion at the time of registration.

derm17 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your derm17 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested and any changes made to account settings. derm17 will not be held responsible for losses incurred because your account credentials were shared with or accessed by another person.

You must keep your password secure and must not share it with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify derm17 support immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your derm17 account — one that you do not use on any other platform or service.

derm17 accounts are for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, gift or otherwise assign your account or its contents (including balance and bonuses) to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

All communications from derm17 will be sent to the email address or mobile number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current. derm17 is not responsible for missed communications resulting from outdated contact information on your account.

derm17 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. There is no currency conversion applied on this platform — your balance is held and displayed in PKR at all times. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may change, and the current supported options are always displayed on the Deposit page.

Minimum deposit amounts are kept deliberately low to ensure the platform is accessible to all players. Specific minimums for each payment method are shown at the time of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your derm17 account within a few minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa; Raast and bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.

• You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to another person, including family members, is not permitted.
• derm17 does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside derm17's control.
• derm17 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent, involves a third-party payment source or is connected to money laundering activity.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been confirmed to your derm17 wallet. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.

Withdrawal requests at derm17 are processed daily. In most cases, approved withdrawals are sent on the same day the request is submitted, provided the account has no pending bonus wagering requirements and identity verification has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. derm17 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. If that method is not available for withdrawal, derm17 support will assist you in completing the withdrawal via an alternative method after verifying your identity.

• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification has been completed satisfactorily on your account.
• If there is an active bonus on your account with an incomplete wagering requirement, withdrawal may be delayed until the requirement is met, or you may choose to forfeit the bonus in order to withdraw immediately.
• derm17 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedures.
• Winnings derived from gameplay using free spins or no-deposit bonuses may have separate withdrawal caps and wagering requirements as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

derm17 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and PSL cricket betting specials. All promotions are subject to individual terms that are displayed on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses at derm17 unless the individual promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion and are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means you must wager twenty times the bonus amount in eligible games before withdrawal).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution breakdown for each promotion is displayed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be voided automatically.
• derm17 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting promotional terms in a way not intended by derm17.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met in full.
• derm17 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to players before they take effect where possible.

All bets placed on derm17 — whether on casino games, live casino tables or sports events — are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after they have been placed and accepted by the platform, except in circumstances described below.

For sports betting, the following additional rules apply:

• Odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Live in-play odds may change rapidly; the odds confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance are binding.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or voided, derm17 will settle affected bets in accordance with standard industry rules. • derm17 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, data errors in odds, or obvious system pricing errors. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all sports markets and casino games. These limits may vary by event, market type and player account tier. Attempting to circumvent bet limits by placing multiple bets from different accounts is a breach of these terms.
• For casino games, the results of all RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generation technology and are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes or any other external factor.

derm17 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit. Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino environments where player decisions may affect shared outcomes.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across markets or using hedging strategies in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome while abusing bonus funds.
• Money laundering: Using derm17 as a mechanism to process or legitimise funds obtained illegally. derm17 maintains anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.

derm17 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. derm17 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, derm17 will notify registered players via the contact information on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any updated version of these Terms and Conditions, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You may request closure of your derm17 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon receipt of your closure request, derm17 will process any withdrawable balance to your registered payment method after completing the standard identity verification check. Accounts subject to active investigations for fraud or breach of terms may have their balance held pending the outcome of the investigation.

derm17 reserves the right to close any account at its discretion for breach of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, derm17 will communicate the reason for closure and, where applicable, return any withdrawable balance after deducting any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. derm17 will contact you using the registered details on your account before taking any action on a dormant account.
